The initial fee cannot be refunded, but even if the application is not approved, we will accept a reapplication free of charge.

In addition, you will need to pay the following actual expenses: stamp duty of 4,000 yen (VISA change/extension), 8,000 yen (permanent residence permission), 1,200 yen (Certificate of Authorized Employment), 3,000 yen (re-entry for one person), and 6,000 yen (re-entry for multiple people).
